Vegan Banana Cake

First vegan order, so excited when it has been finished！

It's a meaningful order from senior. She is a vegetarian, so i suggested to do her vegan cake. 

I designed it with lotus as i believe that it is just pretty match with my senior's intention that the cake will be using in worship ancestors. I hope the lotus will accomplish its mission before wither, fully play part of my senior's filial piety.

#no egg #no milk #no butter, yet it's soft and moist.
