Red Yeast Peanut Roll

Red Yeast cake base:
egg yolks 4pcs, sugar 30g, oil 30g, milk 50g;
cake flour 60g, natural red powder 6g, cocoa powder 4g;
egg white 4pcs, sugar 36g;
Optional to add on black sesame to increase the fragrance;

Peanut fillings (include additional for topping decorations):
double cream 200g, peanut jam 60g, sugar 20g;
