Black sesame cake base:
egg yolks 4(A)
sesame paste 50g(homemade by myself)
sugar 20g
oil 25g
milk 30g
cake flour 55g
corn flour 15g (or corn flour 26g + plain flour 44g)
egg whites 4(A)
sugar 40g
180c - 16 mins, using cake roll mould, cut into 2 equal pieces of cakes.
Peanut buttercream:
unsalted butter 50g
peanut butter 100g(homemade by myself)
non-dairy whipping cream 100g
1. Beat the non-diary whipping cream
2. Using a hand whisk to whisk the butter and peanut butter.
3. Add the well-mixed peanut butter into beaten whipping cream, use a spatula to mix it well.
