Almond Honey Bread

It's about to back home for holidays, i don't want to buy new ingredients at the time being. With the ingredients that i have, thanks god i able to find a simple recipe from bakingtaitai.

Here come my simple breakfast for next week, the bread texture is just soft and fluffy, nevertheless, it's ever healthy!



Ingredients:
Bread flour 300g, ground almond 50g, active dry yeast 4g, salt 5g, manuka honey 30g, milk 200g;


1. Mix all the dry ingredients until well combined.
2. Add honey & milk to the dry ingredients, knead it well to form a soft and elastic dough (Be patient, it will take around 20-30 minutes).
3. Put the dough in the fridge to proof overnight (at least 12 hours).

4. Take out from fridge and let in proof under normal temperature for 1 hour.
5. Sprinkle some bread flour on the worktop, put the proofed dough down, sprinkle some bread flour on it. Press it down to release air.
6. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions, roll it round.
7. Place the dough neatly in the baking mould. Place it in the oven proof for another 1 hour.
8. 10 minutes before end of proofing time, remove the dough from oven. Preheat the oven to 180 degree,
9. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes and transfer to cool on the wiring rack.
