抹茶北海道戚風 Matcha Hokkaido Chiffon Cupcakes

A little treat for Karen Solomons, my colleague in BOC London, she is from Chinatown Branch and will be leaving us on 25/05/18, for better future.  We seldom meet with each other, despite we are close to each other through the daily phone discussion about the works. It's quite sad when knowing that she wanted to leave, but blessing always over the reluctant, wish her the best!
