Ingredients:

Cake Base

Cake flour 45g, corn flour 15g, matcha powder 8g;

Egg yolks 4pcs, sugar 32g, vegetable oil 30g, milk 50g+1 small bag green tea leave (heat it and let it still for 10mins,  and sift it to extract the liquid only);

Egg white 4pcs, sugar 40g, lemon juice few drops;

Fillings

Whipping cream, 200g, matcha powder 2g, sugar 20g, sweet red bean appropriate;
