朋友的一句想要訂蛋糕吃，我就厚臉皮的“哀求”讓我做。放棄了原始的黑森林，只因想讓視覺上的觀感更豐富些，再加上友人也說即愛巧克力即愛草莓。那就來一款簡單，卻也是連身定做的黑森林。

客戶的喜歡，才讓連身定做更有價值。那臉上的滿足和豎起的拇指，讓我的興趣更天增鼓舞。

Oops....it's oriental mother's day.

Neither mom or MIL stay with me, but i believe there will be a chance that i can bake them some delicious cake.

Let's train myself with more mature baking skills before that day come, i'm looking forward for it.

Initially never think of try out this recipe, but it's strongly recommended by my baking friend. I thought it is nothing much by looking at it's plain outlook, even the taste won't be awesome.

However, when i try it out, it's just rich and less sweet, awesome taste! Well, i have to overturn my previous perception.

很多人對雞蛋仔都有兒時的回憶，我的童年沒有它的存在，可我在香港結識它過後，一直就懷念著這個街頭小食。成年時才錄入雞蛋仔的回憶也不遲，讓我也能重溫和至親至愛到過香港旅遊的日子。
