Soft Chocolate Muffins 鬆軟巧克力馬芬





Sometimes the strongest among us are the ones who smile through silent pain, cry behind closed doors and flight battles nobody knows about.








Ingredients:
Plain flour 170g, cocoa powder 24g, baking powder 1tsp, baking soda 1/2tsp;
Butter(softened) 120g, castor sugar 100g, eggs(A) 2pcs, milk 160ml,salt 1/4tsp;
Chocolate chips 60g;

Steps:
1. Use the hand whisk to beat butter until smooth and fluffy, add in sugar&salt and mix well.
2. Add in egg, a piece at a time, mix it well after each addition until incorporated.
3. Add in partial of the sifted flour and partial of the milk, use spatula folds the mixture lightly until well combined.
4. Repeat the steps 3 until all flour and milk be finished.5.
5. Add in chocolate chips and mix well.
6. Bake in preheated oven 180 degrees for 20mins.
