They are simple but are kind of my childhood's memory that my grandmom used to bring me to bakery shop nearby and bought it to me every weekend. Not a whole roll I could have at that time, a piece only as my grandmom was not rich. It is not actually expensive but would cost her a lot at that time.

I wish I could do it one day, my little small dream when grandmom holds my hand to that bakery shop every time, now, I can do it, sad that grandmom had left me years ago. 

They looked really simple but echoing many's childhood memory, perhaps the orderers do have memorable childhood from these rolls.

為撻而忙的週日，只為圓心中一恩情。

接二連三的犯了一些小錯誤，多虧有長輩的幫忙，出動貴人解決了部分的爛攤子，剩下的，唯有聽天由命，該來的，它始終會來。

純素椰香和咖啡酥餅 Coconut & Coffee Vegan Cookies

之前烤了一款大家（身邊的人）都喜歡的純素綠茶和紅茶酥餅，口感酥之餘，又是純素的，所以要大力推薦。

我對它意猶未盡，在加上有某些需求，於是就烤了椰香和咖啡口味的。

椰香是因為有要求，而自己也想嘗試，而結果也是令人滿意的；咖啡是因為突然間想起了婆婆。。。婆婆生前愛喝黑咖啡。以前小時候，在微風徐徐的下午，總看見婆婆在我家後院的小板凳子上，享受著黑咖啡，那時不解風情，為什麼大人總愛喝咖啡。

一杯咖啡，體驗人生；
一杯咖啡，享受人生；
一杯咖啡，感嘆人生。

我不愛喝咖啡，偶爾只想沾沾咖啡的周邊品，突然間想起婆婆了，於是就烤了一款黑咖啡酥餅，配上一杯熱熱的奶茶，回憶起婆婆當年的享受。
