藍莓優格馬芬 Blueberry Yoghurt Muffins




Big holes muffin tray (consists of 6 pcs)

Ingredients :
Cake flour 150g,Baking powder 1½ tsp,Golden caster sugar 110,a pinch of salt
Eggs 2(A),Yogurt 110g,Vegetable oil 60ml,blueberries 120g


1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2. Sift flour and baking powder into medium bowl stir in salt and sugar. 
3. Mix eggs, yogurt and oil together, then pour into the flour mixture, follow with blueberries, mix until just combine (don't over-mix).
4. Spoon batter into the prepared muffins tray, bake for 20-25 minutes. Stand in tins for 5 minutes; turn, top-side up, onto wire rack to cool.
